The role

 

The role purpose is to advise clients in the Clean Energy and Utilities sectors on commercial contracts and regulation. Examples of commercial contracts advice includes pre-construction survey & consultancy contracts, power purchase agreements and civil & defence aviationmitigation agreements. Regulatory advice includes the Contracts for Difference regime, grid regulation (including OFTOs), unbundling, hydrogen, heat, water, and electric vehicles. Experience is desired but not essential.
