Business Service Placement - Risk and Compliance Team

The team

We are currently recruiting a placement student to join our Risk and Compliance team for 6-8 weeks over the summer period. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in developing their knowledge in this area. This is a paid opportunity.

We welcome applications from all sections of the community however familiarity with contract law is essential. Knowledge of, or interest in, data protection law would also be useful.

The role

You will be working in our Risk and Compliance team supporting the work of the contracts management team.  The main responsibilities will include:

  • Collation of existing contracts
  • Review of contracts to provide key information for database
  • Updating contract database
  • Creation of supplier questionnaire
  • Collating responses to supplier questionnaires
  • Updating data processing register to reflect contract database
